Pyongyang, March 9 (KCNA) -- The U.S. and the south Korean warlike forces staged "a combined chemical, biological and radioactive exercises" on March 3 as part of Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises.

This brings into light a criminal scenario to attack the DPRK with biochemical weapons in "contingency" on the Korean Peninsula, while peddling the story about the non-existent "threat from the north."
