HH the Heir Apparent Patronizes Opening of Qatar Career Fair 2011
Doha, April 10 (QNA) - HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani patronized Sunday morning the opening ceremony of the Qatar Career Fair 2011 at Qatar International Exhibition Center.
Being held under the slogan "Write the next chapter in the success of Qatar," the five-day event is organized by each of the Emiri Diwan, Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, Qatar Petroleum, University of Qatar and the Ministry of Labor.
The opening ceremony was attended by HE Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Emiri Diwan Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah and a number of their excellences Sheikhs and ministers.
HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent toured the Fair where he was briefed about the participants' employment plans and their visions for the implementation of the Fair objectives.
His Highness also toured the photo exhibition held on the sidelines of the Fair.
Qatar Career Fair aims to provide employment, training and development opportunities in addition to career guidance for graduates and to attract Qatari cadres to enter the labor market and take advantage of their potential in advancing the development within the State of Qatar as well as dividing it into four villages, government, Energy and Industry, finance and business, education, health and sports.
The exhibition will include a series of activities, events and workshops in addition to morning and evening programs and contests.
