Judiciary will not side with any party of current crisis, official says
SANA'A, April 13 (Saba) - Caretaker Justice Minister Ghazi al-Aghbari accented on Wednesday that the judicial authority is independent and will not side with any party involved in the current political crisis in Yemen.
Speaking to "Alqadha'eya" paper, the Minister confirmed the perpetrators of the last accidents that led to killing a number of people will be punished.
"The judicial authority will consider the cases of the last accidents impartially in accordance with laws and the adopted judicial measures", al-Aghbari said.
Judges and prosecutors are practicing their judicial duties professionally, al-Agbari said, adding that they would not be biased by the ongoing events.
