Qadisiya Governor, Italian delegation discuss joint cooperation
Diwaniya (NINA) – Qadisiya Governor, Salim Hussein Alwan, discussed with Italian delegation, specialized in agriculture and irrigation techniques, joint cooperation horizons and ways of benefiting from the Italian expertise in the agricultural and irrigation fields.
During the meeting, rice planting in Qadisiya Province and means of facing up to the rareness of water in the province, and Iraq in general.
Head of the Italian delegation pointed out to possibilities of joint cooperation in service of agricultural and irrigation fields.
The meeting also resulted in agreeing on holding specialized research center in rice planting in coordination with the Italian side.
