Leader praises army for their great efforts
TEHRAN, April 18 (MNA) – Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has praised the armed forces for their great efforts to defend the country.
The Leader made the remarks during a meeting with a number of army top military commanders on Sunday, one day before the National Army Day.
Ayatollah Khamenei said all opportunities should be seized and all capabilities should be developed to realize the country’s potential in all areas.
Elsewhere in his remarks, he said that the armed forces, particularly the Army, should draw up precise timetables for the implementation of military plans.
The Leader also called on the military commanders to give priority to the renovation of the army barracks.
During the meeting, Army Commander Ataollah Salehi gave a report on the Army’s activities and plans which have been completed or are being implemented.
