Qatar Continues Evacuating Arab People from Libya

Doha, April 19 (QNA) - Upon the generous directives of HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani to ease the suffering of the Arab people stranded in Libya owing to the events taking place there and to transport them to their respective countries, a ship carrying 1150 passengers arrived at the Sea Port of Tobruk from Misurata.
The ship is carrying 646 Egyptian passengers and the remaining are holding other arab nationalities.
Immediately after the arrival of the ship to the Sea Port of Tobruk, the passengers were transported by land to the Egyptian borders.
The trip comes in completion to the previous trips the State of Qatar has organized for evacuating the Arab people stranded in Libya because of the events there.(QNA)
