Doha,April 28 (QNA) - HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani met at his Emiri Diwan office here on Thursday morning Romanian Foreign Minister Teodor Baconschi and his accompanying delegation who are now visiting Qatar.
