Syrian Agriculture Minister Meets Qatari

Damascus, May 04 (QNA) - Syrian Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform Dr. Riyad Farid Hijab met here Wednesday with HE Qatari Ambassador to Syria Zayed bin Saeed Al-Khayareen.
Talks during the meeting dealt with bilateral relations and ways of bolstering them. (QNA)

Doha, May 04 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani received at Al Wajbah Palace on Wednesday former Secretary General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Dr. Koichiro Matsuura, who called on HH the Emir to greet him on the occasion of his visit to Qatar. HH the Deputy Emir Meets Singaporean Charge D'Affaires

Doha, May 04 (QNA) - HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met here Wednesday at his Emiri Diwan office with HE Charge D'affaires and Head of Mission of the Singaporean Embassy in Doha Umej Bhatia on the occasion of the end of his tenure in Qatar.
HH the Deputy Emir wished the Head of the Singaporean Mission success in his future assignments and further development and prosperity for relations between Qatar and Singapore.
For his part, Umej Bhatia expressed his gratitude and appreciation to HH the Deputy Emir and the state officials for the cooperation they received during his tenure in Qatar.
