HH the Deputy Emir Receives Nancy Pelosi
Doha, May 06 (QNA) - HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received this evening at al Bahr Palace US Democratic Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and her accompanying delegation, on the occasion of their visit to Qatar.
Relations of cooperation between the two countries besides a number of regional and international issues were reviewed during the meeting.
The delegation accompanying the US Democratic Minority Leader included US Ambassador to Qatar Joseph LeBaron as well as republican representatives Roscoe Bartlett, George Miller, Ed Markey, Nick Rahall , Anna Eshoo, Carolyn Maloney, Steve Israel and Cedric Richmond.
