ECO center to hang paintings by Georgian artists
TEHRAN, May 17 (MNA) -- Paintings by renowned Georgian artists will go on display during an exhibition at the gallery of the ECO Cultural Center on Wednesday.
A total of 40 paintings on different themes by eleven prominent Georgian painters will go on display during the showcase.
The exhibit is part of a program for cultural exchanges among countries that are members of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO).
Organized by Tbilisi State Academy of Art, the exhibition is the first painting exhibition by ECO members. The showcase is held on the occasion of Georgia joining this organization.
After this exhibition, paintings by Uzbek artists will go on display at the venue of the center.
The showcase will run until May 31 at the institute located on No.10, Naz Valley, off Aqdasieh Ave.
