HH the Emir Issues Two Ratification Instruments

Doha, May 18 (QNA) -HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has issued an instrument of ratification on a draft air transport accord between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Democratic Socialist Republic of. Sri Lanka signed in Doha City on 10/08/2010.
HH the Emir also issued an instrument of ratification on a memorandum of understanding between the Qatari Ministry of Municipality and the Russian Federal Nuclear Energy Agency (Rustam) in Russian Federation on cooperation in the use of nuclear enegry for peaceful purposes and which was signed in Moscow on 03/11/2010.
