Qatar's Advisory Council Delegation Heads to Cairo

Doha, May 18 (QNA) - Qatar's Advisory Council Delegation on Wednesday left Doha for Cairo to take part in the first regular session of the Arab Parliament for 2011, scheduled to be held in Cairo, Egypt on May 20-23.
The session will discuss the recent developments in the Arab arena, the Arab national security strategy, means of mobilizing the international support for the recognition of the Palestinian state with al-Quds al-Sharif as its capital, the efforts being exerted to help release Palestinians held in Israeli jails and the release of the Palestinian leader Marwan Barghouti.
