HE of State for Foreign Affairs Meets Sudanse President's Adviser

Doha,May 19 (QNA) - HE Minister of State for Foreign Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud conferred here on Thursday with Dr. Ghazi Salahuddin , the adviser of Sudanese President and who is also in charge of the Darfur file and his accompanying delegation now visiting Doha.
Talks during the meeting dealt with efforts and mediation Qatar has been exerting for reinstating peace and stability in the Darfur enclave and preparations underway to complete the peace process there and good offices being made to convene the enlarged conference for all those interested in the darfur affair and which is scheduled to open in Doha on May 27-31.
The meeting was attended by Chief of the Sudanese government delegation Dr. Amin Hassan Omar and a number of foreign ministry officials. (QNA)
