HH the Emir Receives Former Spanish Foreign Minister

Doha, May 23 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani received at his Emiri Diwan office this morning former Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Miguel Angel Moratinos, who called on HH the Emir to greet him on the occasion of his visit to the country.
