Qatar & Jordan Discuss Military Cooperation
Amman, May 30 (QNA) - Jordan's Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt.General Meshaal Mohammad Zain met here Monday with HE Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces Major General Hamad bin Ali Al Attiyah.
The meeting was attended by HE the Commander of the Emiri Guard Major General Khalil Hazza Al Shahwani, HE Qatar's Ambassador to Jordan Abdul-Hadi Al-Hajri and the accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues of interest to the armed forces of the two brotherly countries and ways of enhancing them in various fields.
HE Major General Hamad bin Ali Al Attiyah, and HE Maj. Gen. Khalil Hazza Al Shahwani arrived in Amman earlier today, heading a high level military delegation, on a several days visit.
