Poland to celebrate national children’s day in Tehran
TEHRAN, June 1 (MNA) -- The Polish Embassy in Tehran plans to celebrate its national children’s day at the Niavaran Cultural Center tomorrow.
A selection of Polish animated films are slated to be screened for 250 Iranian and polish children in the center, the Persian service of the Iranian Students’ News Agency on Tuesday.
A vast array of other artistic and cultural programs is scheduled to be held during the celebration, which will be attended by Polish Ambassador Juliusz J. Gojlo and his colleagues.
June 1 is celebrated annually in Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Russia, Baltic States and in a part of Germany.
