Maliki directs adopting proper security measures to prevent security violations in Anbar

Baghdad (NINA) – Prime Minister, Nouri Al Maliki discussed on Monday with Anbar Governor, Chairman of Anbar Provincial Council, and a number of security leaders in the province the security and services situation in the city.

A statement issued by Maliki’s office mentioned that Maliki received today Anbar officials and discussed te security and services in the city, pointing out that Maliki stressed the necessity of cooperation between security systems and the local government in Anbar.

Maliki directed to “adopt proper measures to prevent any violations of security especially that the remains of Baathists and Qaeda try to hurt the security in Anbar.”
