QC Implements EIKHA Aid Project to Help Displaced Libyan Families

Doha, June 06 (QNA) -Qatar Charity has started the implementation of EIKHA (Fraternity) project, aims to help the Tunisian families hosting the displaced families from Libya .
The relief project is carried out in partnership with the Tunisia's Charity Society of cooperation, the British Islamic Relief Committee and the Libyan dignity committee.
The project is provide help to the Libyan displace families including 5500 foodstuff baskets, hundreds of household electrical appliances such as refrigerators and fans in order to ease the burden on families who were displaced from their homes because of events in Libya since February 17.
About 27,000 people are expected to benefit from this aid .(QNA)
