Iran’s Joint Chiefs of Staff opposes merger of communication ministry
TEHRAN, June 18 (MNA) -- Iran’s Joint Chiefs of Staff has opposed the merger of Communication and Information Technology Ministry with other ministries for security reasons, MP Hossein Sobhaninia told the Fars News Agency on Saturday.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff has sent a letter to the Guardian Council and the Supreme National Security Council in which it expressed opposition to the planned merger.
