Tehran to host Sudanese Cultural Week
TEHRAN, June 19 (MNA) -- The Sudanese Cultural Week will kick off today at the Art Bureau in Tehran.
A number of Tehran galleries are scheduled to showcase graphic designs, calligraphy works and handicrafts from the country during event, Sudanese Ambassador Suliman Abdel Towab El-Zein said during a press conference in Tehran on Saturday.
A number of Sudanese artists and literati will participate in various other programs, which has been organized with the help of the Iranian Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and Iran’s Art Bureau.
A collection of films on Sudan is also slated to be screened at the event.
