UZBEK PRESIDENT VISITS HEYDAR ALIYEV FOUNDATION IN BAKU
Baku,12 September,(AzerTAj) - President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov visited Friday the Heydar Aliyev Foundation where he was welcomed by Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev.
President Ilham Aliyev briefed his Uzbek counterpart on the Foundation`s goals and
items from personal archive of the national leader.
The Uzbek President got acquainted with documents reflecting Heydar Aliyev`s
lifetime and activity, Azerbaijan’s history, books narrating on national leader, and
photographs depicting Heydar Aliyev`s meetings with leaders of foreign countries.
President Islam Karimov signed the guest book.
