Minister Liow Tiong Lai.
These products are Top 1 watermelon syrup, crystal sugar aloe syrup

Following the contamination, Liow ordered the company to immediately recall

"The ministry pointed out that those involved in the food industry should
monitor food safety and take the necessary steps to ensure food sold in the
country are safe for consumption," he said at a news conference after presenting
the ministry's Excellent Service Awards 2010 at a ceremony, here Thursday.
He said the ministry would continue to monitor food imported from Taiwan to
ensure they did not contain harmful chemicals.
