Released by Iran’s Majlis Library publishing house, the book is written by renowned Qajar-era calligrapher Mirza Abdolghaffar Isfahani.
This version of the book was written during the reign of the Qajar king Fat'hali Shah, who ruled from 1797 to 1834.
All pages of the book are artistically illustrated, the head of Majlis Library Hojjatoleslam Rasul Jafarian told the Persian service of Fars News Agency.
He referred to the book, which is known as “Zabur (Psalms) of the Household of Prophet Muhammad (S)”, as the third authentic source for Shia after the Holy Quran and Nahjul-Balagha.
