Doha, July 20 (QNA) - HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani on Wednesday sent a congratulatory cable to his Portuguese counterpart Pedro Passos Coelho for winning the legislative elections and forming the government.  (QNA)
