Ahmadinejad congratulates Qatari emir on Ramadan

TEHRAN, Aug. 3 (MNA) -- In a phone conversation late on Monday, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad congratulated Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan.

Ahmadinejad also called for the promotion of cooperation among Muslim countries at the regional and international levels.
