METRONIC TO DISTRIBUTE MAGIC W3 IN MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA/EUROPE

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 4 (Bernama) -- Metronic Global Bhd's wholly-owned
subsidiary, Metronic Engineering Sdn Bhd, has entered into a master distribution
agreement with Advance Tech Communications Sdn Bhd.

The agreement grants Metronic Engineering the sole and exclusive rights to
distribute the products offered by Advance Tech in the Middle East and
Africa/Europe for five years.

The main product to be distributed by Metronic Engineering is the world’s
first Windows 7 Microcomputer with integrated telephony under the name MAGIC W3.

MAGIC W3 is engineered to provide professionals with true windowed
multitasking, multimedia playback, social connectivity, navigation capability,
voice telephony, and the full internet experience.

"Under the agreement, Metronic Engineering shall place a purchase order of
35,000 units of MAGIC W3, which shall be a shipment of 100 units and
subsequently of 34,900 units.

"Orders will be delivered on a pre-agreed milestone basis and based on the
marketability of the product," Metronic said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia
today.
