Girl,13, engages NSW police in car chase

A 13-year-old girl fled police in a car chase through Sydney's west, allegedly hitting speeds of up to 120km/h.
Officers tried to stop a Holden Commodore on Boldrewood Road at Blackett about 9.30am (AEST) on July 24.
It's alleged the driver led police on a high-speed pursuit, repeatedly driving on the wrong side of the road and running red lights.
The driver also allegedly failed to stop after colliding with another vehicle on Tallagandra Drive at Quakers Hill.
Police eventually called off the pursuit because of the dangerous driving.
Investigations later revealed the car was stolen, leading police to a 13-year-old girl at a home in Hebersham on Friday.
She has been issued a court attendance notice for not stopping during a police pursuit, driving dangerously, theft of a vehicle, driving while unlicensed and failing to give driver's details to police.
The girl will appear at Parramatta Childrens Court on September 22.
