Iraqi judiciary rules MKO return lands to true owners: report
TEHRAN, Aug. 6 (MNA) -- The Iraqi judiciary has ruled that the members of the terrorist Mojahedin Khalq Organization (MKO) based in Iraq should return the 5000 acres of land they have occupied to their true owners, the Iraqi website alfayhaa.tv has recently reported.
According to ISNA, the Iraqi judiciary has also called on the MKO members to pay compensation to the true owners.
The MKO members were granted 36,000 acres of land during Saddam Hussein’s Baathist regime, according to alfayhaa.tv.
