Iran plans to hold online Persian language courses
TEHRAN, Aug. 6 (MNA) -- The Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO) is to launch an educational website teaching Persian language to non-Persian speaking individuals in the upcoming future.
The website “Amuzfa” will allow the users to take virtual Persian learning lessons, ICRO official Mohammadreza Dehshiri told the Persian service of MNA on Friday.
“The project will be in three phases where professional teams from different universities in Tehran, Shiraz as well as the Imam Khomeini International University in Qazvin are collaborating on construction,” he said.
“We aim to provide educational facilities for foreign students and those who are not residing in Iran but are interested in learning the Persian language,” Dehshiri added.
He also mentioned that the Persian-teaching courses for foreign students arranged by ICRO over the past years, will still continue along with the launching of the website.
