Iran wins bronze in Diamond League
TEHRAN, Aug. 7 (MNA) -- Ehsan Haddadi claimed the bronze medal at the London Diamond League on Saturday.
The Iranian athlete won the bronze medal with a throw of 64.76 meters.
Lithuania's Virgilijus Alekna, twice Olympic and world discus champion, claimed a gold medal with a throw of 66.71 meters, followed by Hungarian Zoltan Kovago who seized the silver with a throw of 66.29 meters.
Next stage of the Diamond League will be held in Zurich, Switzerland on September 8.
