CHENNAI-BASED TVH TO JOIN PROPERTY FAIR IN KL

SINGAPORE, Aug 18 (Bernama) -- Chennai-based True Value Homes India Pvt Ltd
(TVH), one of South India’s largest builders of residential and commercial
space, will be participating in the upcoming Indian Property Investment Fair
at the Mid Valley Megamall in Kuala Lumpur.

The company would be offering ready-to-move-in flats called "Svaya" in
Sriperumbudur, near Chennai, in a gated community with world class amenities and
Chennai’s tallest luxury tower consisting of 29 floors called "Ouranya Bay", it
said in a statement Thursday.

There were many more luxurious apartments for the taking in other parts of
Chennai and Coimbatore, it added.

answering all your queries and helping you to take a quick and fast decision,
it said.

According to the Mid Valley Megamall website, the Indian Property Investment
Fair will be held on Aug 20-21.
