New consuls general appointed
TEHRAN, Aug.23(MNA)-- The Iranian Foreign Ministry appointed new consuls general to Georgia, Germany, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.
The ministry named Arzajani as the first Iranian consul general in Batumi, Georgia. Darvishvand has also been appointed as the consul general in Peshawar, Pakistan. Amiri was also named Iran’s consul general in Munich. Arablou is reportedly named as the consul general in Mazar Sharif, Afghanistan.
