Minju Joson Refutes Japan's Groundless Accusations over Nuclear and Missile Issues

Pyongyang, August 23 (KCNA) -- Japan in its "defense white paper for 2011" issued on July 2 claimed the nuclear and missile program of the DPRK poses a serious threat to its national security.
Minju Joson Tuesday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard:
If Japan felt any threat from the war deterrent of the DPRK which is of peaceful and defensive nature, it would mean Japan self-exposed in the eyes of the world its ulterior aim to stifle the DPRK by force of arms.
Pursuant to the U.S. strategy for dominating the Asia-Pacific Region, Japan is now frantically following its policies to turn itself into a military power and launch overseas expansion as evidenced by its stepped-up moves to build a missile shield.
Japan considers any process to stabilize the situation in its vicinity not beneficial to it.
That is why Japan is busy falsifying facts to pull up the DPRK over its nuclear and missile issues and China over its steps to bolster its defence capability.
