Weather delays Morcombe search again
The search for Daniel Morcombe's remains has been suspended again because of wet weather.
The search has been hampered by rain in recent days, which has made bushland at Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast too muddy to scour.
Searchers have so far found two shoes, matching the brand that 13-year-old Daniel was wearing when he was last seen alive in 2003.
They have also found three bones, which are being examined.
The search was sparked by the arrest of Perth man Brett Peter Cowan, 41, who remains in custody charged with Daniel's murder.
Police said the weather conditions would continue to be monitored and the search will continue as soon as practical.
The scene will continue to be guarded by police.
