Iranian Jafari named acting president of Iran Swimming Federation
TEHRAN, Aug. 28 (MNA) -- Gholam-Reza Jafari was named as acting president of Iran Swimming Federation on Saturday.
Newly-appointed minister of Youth and Sports Mohammad Abbasi ppointed Jafari in this post. He replaced Amir-Hossein Ayatollahi in Iran Swimming Federation.
“I want to sort out things in the federation, that’s why I am here. I will help the federation to improve soon,” Jafari said.
Jafari has already been president of Rural and Tribal Sports Federation.
