FAMILY TO SEEK NEPAL EMBASSY HELP OVER MISSING WOMAN
      
      
    PADANG SERAI (Malaysia), Aug 29 (Bernama) -- The family of a 21-year-old
woman who reportedly flew to Kathmandu with her Nepalese lover is to seek the
assistance of the Nepalese embassy in Kuala Lumpur to trace her.
    
    Nillie Shakira Mohd Rasul, 23, the elder sister of the woman, Norshahira,
said Sunday the family would go to the embassy Monday to seek help to find her
sister who went missing on Aug 22.
    
    Their father, Mohd Rasul Kassim, 50, said he was thankful that the Nepalese
embassy had offered to help find his daughter.
    
    Nepalese Ambassador to Malaysia Dr Rishi Raj Adhikari said Saturday the
embassy would seek assistance from the authorities in Kathmandu to locate the
couple provided it was furnished with particulars of the man, including his
passport number.
    
    Norshahira, of Taman Kenangan, Sungai Karangan, here was believed to have
flown with a man to Bangkok en route to Kathmandu from the Penang International
Airport on Aug 23.
    
    She is believed be in a relationship with a man known as Imthias Khan, 24,
whom she had met while working at a rubber glove factory in Padang Meha
Industrial Park last year.
