Emirates appoints three senior VPs
Dubai, Sept 22, 2008 (WAM) - Emirates yesterday announced the appointment of three UAE nationals to oversee expansion in regions covered by the airline's destination network according to a report in ‘Emirates Business.’
The newly appointed executives, who all worked for Emirates prior to these latest roles, have taken on new positions within the airline's Commercial Operations Division.
Nabil Sultan has been appointed Senior Vice-President (SVP) for Commercial Operations in Europe; Adnan Kazim has taken over as SVP Commercial Operations for the Gulf, Middle East and Iran; and Salem Obaidalla is now SVP – Commercial Operations for Africa, West Asia and Indian Ocean. The trio will report to Keith Longstaff, Divisional SVP for Commercial Operations Worldwide.
