MALAYSIAN PARLIAMENT HOSTS AIDILFITRI OPEN HOUSE

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 8 (Bernama) -- Members of the Senate and Parliament
Wednesday night attended an Aifilfitri open house hosted by the Malaysian
Parliament here.

Also present were Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak and his deputy, Muhyiddin
Yassin.

Najib, who arrived about 8.40pm, was greeted on arrival by Senate President
Abu Zahar Ujang and House of Representatives Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia.

The function, attended by about 2,000 guests, also included foreign
dignitaries.
