Iran’s nuclear issue should be resolved diplomatically: Russia
TEHRAN, Sept. 18 (MNA) – Russia’s ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said that the dispute over Iran’s nuclear program should be resolved only through diplomatic channels.
Grigori Berdnikov made the remarks during a speech at a meeting of the 35-member IAEA Board of Governors in Vienna on Friday.
He also said that negotiations between Tehran and the 5+1 group (the United States, Britain, France, Russia, China, and Germany) will be in the interests of the international community.
