Main suspect in Iran`s embezzlement case arrested: Iranian minister
TEHRAN, Sept.19(MNA) – Amir Mansour Aria, the main suspect in the 30,000-billion-rial (about 3-billion-dollar) embezzlement case has been arrested, Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Shamseddin Hosseini told reporters on Sunday.
He did not elaborate how Aria was arrested.
Asked if he could confirm the reports claiming that part of the money has been transferred outside the country, Hosseini said that is not the case.
