U.S., Israel, MKO are enemies of Iran, Iraq: Iraqi cleric
TEHRAN, Sept.20(MNA) – The U.S., Israel, the Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization are the common enemies of Iran and Iraq, cleric Moqtada al-Sadr said.
These countries have committed numerous crimes against Iranian and Iraqi nations, al-Sadr said.
Al-Sadr made the remarks in a meeting with Mohammad Javad Hashemi, the secretary general of the Habilian center.
He said that no Iraqi is interested in prolonging the presence of MKO in the country.
He also said the MKO have committed more crimes in Iraq than Iran, as the number of Iraqi people martyred by MKO terrorists are two times as many of those in Iran.
He said it is important to use the center’s experience in campaign against the terrorist group.
