FAIR AND FORUM TO FOSTER CHINA-ARAB ECONOMIC AND TRADE TIES OPENS IN NINGXIA

YINCHUAN (Bernama) - The 2011 China(Ningxia) Investment and Trade
Fair and the 2nd China-Arab States Economic and Trade Forum began here on
Wednesday.
The trade fair and forum is aimed at further strengthening economic and
trade cooperation between China and Islamic countries, especially the Arab
States.
China's top political advisor, Jia Qinglin, who chairs the National
Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, opened the
forum in Yinchuan, the capital city of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, whose
population comprises 36 per cent Muslims.
