Iran pleased with New Zealand’s move on Jundullah
TEHRAN, Sept.25(MNA) – Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast praised the New Zealand government for placing the Jundullah militant group on its list of international terrorist groups.
Mehmanparast described the decision as “realistic” and expressed hope that other countries would also fulfill their obligations toward the Jundullah terrorist group.
The New Zealand government has said that the designation will help implement its international obligations to prevent the activities of terrorists.
