MALAYSIA PRIVATE SECTOR RETIREMENT AGE BILL 'TO BE TABLED IN OCTOBER'
SEGAMAT (Johor, Malaysia), Sept 29 (Bernama) -- The Private Sector
Retirement Age Bill is expected to be tabled in the Dewan Rakyat next month, Human Resource Minister Dr S. Subramaniam said on Thursday.
He did not say what the retirement age would be although he noted that there has been a proposal for it to be 64.
Subramaniam was speaking to reporters when visiting the site of the
Segamat-Tangkak-Muar road upgrading project here.
He said the project would make Segamat "comparable" to other districts closer to the North-South Expressway.
