AFD FUNDS DRAINAGE REHABILITATION IN ACEH
Jakarta, Sept 24 (ANTARA) - The French Development Agency (AFD) paid for drainage rehabilitation in Banda Aceh 36.8 million Euro or about Rp500 million.
Finance Ministry's Director General of Debt Management Rahmat Waluyanto representing the Ministry of Finance and AFD Deputy chief for Indonesia Joel Daligault signed the loan agreement here Wednesday.
The loan will be used to help finish restructuring and rehabilitation of Banda Aceh's main drainage system.
"The project is to complement the city facilities and house building projects by the Indonesian government as well as international, bilateral and non-governmental organizations," Waluyanto said.
