Iran water polo team to compete in Indonesia
TEHRAN, Oct.4(MNA) -- Iran water polo team will participate in the 7th Asian Age Group Championships, which will be held in Palembang, Indonesia from October 5 to 13.
The Water Polo competition will serve as the qualification tournament for the 2012 FINA World Junior Water Polo Championship which will be held in Perth, Australia.
Iran water polo team has already won the championships twice in Thailand 2005 and in Indonesia 2007.
The Iranian team will be headed by Ukrainian coach Vadim Skuratov in the tournament.
