People should not lose hope: Iran`s EC chairman
TEHRAN, Oct. 8 (MNA)-- Expediency Council (EC) Chairman Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani said on Wednesday that certain figures’ lack of foresight may harm the values and ideals of the Islamic Revolution, but people should not give up hope in the improvement of the situation.
Pointing to the Iran`s March parliamentary elections, he said officials can prepare the ground for an involvement of political activists in election campaigns in order to create a positive atmosphere for the participation of people in the elections.
