Iran denies direct talks with U.S. on plot allegation

TEHRAN, Oct.15(MNA) – The press officer of the Iranian mission to the United Nations denied the news that Washington’s ambassador to the UN has met with Iranian officials on the U.S. allegation of Iranian government’s involvement in a plot to assassinate the Saudi ambassador to Washington.

“No direct talks have been held between the two countries,” Alireza Miryousofi told on Friday.
