Iranian MPs again seeking to impeach energy minister
TEHRAN, Oct. 15 (MNA) – A number of lawmakers have signed a motion to impeach Iran`s Energy Minister Majid Namjou.
They have cited weak management, poor planning, failure to fulfill commitments, and long delays in the dam construction projects as some of the reasons for their motion to oust Namjou.
The minister survived an impeachment vote on March 6, 2011. Forty-three lawmakers had signed the first motion to impeach the energy minister.
