Egyptian intellectuals to visit Iran

TEHRAN,Oct.27(MNA) -- A delegation of 20 female Egyptian intellectuals will visit Iranian academic and religious centers during a trip next week.

They will stay in Iran from October 29 to November 4 which will be organized by Islamic Culture and Relations Organization.

Arriving Iran, the delegation will visit ICRO Director Mohammad-Baqer Khorramshad and then they will pay a visit to Alzahra University.

On the second day, they will meet the Supreme Leader’s advisor for international affairs Ali-Akbar Velayati and then they will visit female athletes and officials at the Enqelab Sports Complex.

They will dine with the Director of the World Forum for the Proximity of Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohammad-Ali Taskhiri.

On Tuesday, they will visit the University of Tehran, the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting and the Royan Institute (Research and Clinical Center for Infertility and Reproductive Health in Iran).

They will travel to Qom for a pilgrimage to the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Masumeh (AS) and will pay a visit to Ayatollah Abdollah Javadi Amoli and the eldest daughter of Imam Khomeini (AS) Farideh Mostafavi on November 2.

On November 3, they will travel to Isfahan to visit the historical attractions of this Iranian city.

Their sojourn will ended with visiting the former U.S. Embassy in Tehran on the anniversary of the seizure of the U.S. embassy in Tehran by Iranian students during the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

They will also pay a visit to the Sadabad Museum Palace and Jamaran Hosseinyeh
